The Shreveport location of Hub is seeking aresults-driven, knowledgeable individual to join our team as anEmployee Benefits Account Representative. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right individual looking to expand or develop their knowledge of employee benefits.


**Key responsibilities of the Employee Benefits Account Representative include, but are not limited to:**


+ Working with Account Manager on all business functions including enrolling employees in a proprietary online enrollment system, reconciling employees and benefits with employers and carriers, addressing employee's benefit questions and claims inquiries and ensuring clients' needs are met

+ Assisting Account Manager with Annual Enrollment by helping create communication material, preparing spreadsheets, testing the online enrollment system, enrolling employees in benefits, generating consolidated bills, and reconciling everything after enrollment is over

+ Establishing and maintaining strong and effective business relationships with clients, carriers, and management


**Required Skills:**


+ Team player with a positive attitude

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and internet utilization

+ 1-2 year employee benefits / medical field / insurance experience preferred

+ Exceptional customer service skills

+ Strong organization, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

+ Strong attention to detail
