Job Description:**

The Commercial Relationship Team Administrator will lead the area's Relationship Banking Assistants (RBAs) to ensure quality customer service. The RTA typically will manage three or more RBAs and may also have direct management responsibility for other support associates. The RTA also will service clients directly as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

oProvide coaching to Relationship Banking Assistants and other support associates

oUnderstand client needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues

oCoach associates to identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships through daily interactions with clients

oAssist Relationship Teams with resolving complex client issues

oComplete administrative documents and processes for the department (HR forms, Pinnacle updates, CARS requests, ad hoc management reporting, other various reports)

oMonitor departmental compliance training

oPerform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.


oHigh School education or GED

o5 years experience in Commercial Banking


oCollege degree or technical school certification


Shreveport, Louisiana
